How Do I Stream Party Chat On PS4?
- On the PS4 home screen go to settings>sharing and broadcasts>audio sharing settings
- Click [share party audio] everyone in your party must have this option checked for their audio to be recorded for PS4 live streams

OBS will record game chat if your console settings have the output device to the TV. Here’s how to do it on PS4
