Anda Seat Assasin King Review (Is It A Bargain?)
Is The Anda Seat Assassin King Good For Big & Tall People?
Are you a bigger taller person looking for a gaming chair that is well made and will last you years? You’re in luck as the Assassin King can support up to 430 lbs(195kg) in weight and is ideal for people between the height of 5-1”-6’5′ so its the perfect fit for a wide variety of people!
Unlike the Dark Wizard(Anda Seat) which is more expensive, the base of the Assassin King is actually strong aluminium instead of a thick plastic, making the build quality just feel better and more substantial.
If you buy other office chairs like from IKEA, you have to ask yourself will it hold it for 6 months+ as especially if you’re a bigger guy/girl as they are known to break chairs. Buying the Assassin King chair gives you peace of mind knowing your purchase will last a long time. Sounds reassuring right?
Anda Seat warranty for all products covers a lifetime warranty for the steel framework on all chairs and a period of 2-year warranty for the following.
Think you have what it takes to be a pro gamer? Learn the 6 essentials pieces of equipment you need to make it to the top in my article.
- missing materials from the Products at the time of delivery;
- defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the Products at the time of delivery;
- failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery; and
- major defects in the functionality of hydraulics, armrests, backrest recline, and casters
IKEA actually has 10 years + warranty on all structural parts of the chair and the metal frame, but come on are you really trying to break your chair every couple of months only to have replaced again and again? Remember time is your most important asset and buying an IKEA chair is a big time-waster.
Andaseat removes the constant hassle of replacing your chair and the high quality gives you peace of mind.
Anda Seat Assassin King Features
- PVC leather: Anda Seat previously made cars for BMW & Benz and use the exact same high-quality flexible tear-proof material for their gaming chairs. Unlike other poor quality synthetic leather, this leather is breathable and will last a long time
- Double Layered Padding For Comfort. Both chairs have 1.5” of memory foam and 2.5” high density cured foam, this fits your unique body type so you can game for hours in comfort.
- It can recline to 160°! This allows you to put your chair all the way back(see above video) and even take a quick 15-minute power nap all in the comfort of your chair! At every angle, the chair can be locked, read this gaming chair user manual by chairsfx for more info about how to position your chair, 100-110° is deal for working.
- Neck and lumbar pillows for comfort. Neck and lower back pain are very common when gaming with a cheap chair, both chairs attack this issue with support pillows containing Viscoelastic Foam that adapt to your unique body shape whilst keeping shape, and your spine in natural alignment.
- 3 D Handles. The chairs handles can be tilted side to side, in and out, and up and down! This gives complete freedom for you since you can adjust the chair depending on how long your arms are giving you the freedom to adjust the chair length to different furniture sizes around your house. A desk is too small or big for you? That is all in the past now my friend!

Is The Anda Seat Assassin King Comfortable?
As Anda Seat made chairs for BMW but Mercedes Benz they adapted high-quality PVC memory foam leather, it’s so comfortable it takes a generic IKEA office chair feel like sitting on a rock!
The t width is 21.08 inches giving good support for a larger frame without your body hanging over the edges. The 3D armrests allow you to adjust the armrests at your comfort, at whatever unique positions serves your body type.
Despite being more expensive Anda Seat Kaiser seats width is only 18 inches making it way more uncomfortable compared to the Assassin King for a larger person.
The armrest is 10.55 long giving a decent amount of room for you to relax and rest your arms, but if you have long arms (like me) it might not be super comfortable and your arms will hand over the armrest. The problem is, if you had short arms you wouldn’t be buying a big chair, would you!
The seat can go up to 23 inches, and be adjusted up to 160 degrees with no squeaking involved unlike cheaper office chairs that sound like a mouse factory.

If you’re used to sitting on any generic office chair, the Assassin King will be like planting your butt on a beautiful soft cloud of comfort, with a foam density of 60-65 kg/m3 everywhere feels like a cloud.
The King comes with velour head pillow and a lumbar support cushion for added comfort and protection to help you sit in the right posture, and not suffer horrible neck and back pain.
The biggest issue with traditional office chairs is the lack of support for the head and lumbar spine, having these cushion and pillows sets Anda Seat apart from other office chair manufactures, and if you don’t like them you can merely remove the strap and sit in the chair ‘naked’ so to speak.
If your a larger person these cushions whilst being very easy to install they use a simply snap system to piece the cushions together with a clip, they might push you out of the chair as they take up space.
Unlike the more expensive Dark Wizard the Assassin King does not have wings for larger person wings are uncomfortable as it digs into your body from various angles, so it’s nice. to see Anda Seat is looking more at functionality than looks for their products; a chair needs to be comfortable above all else.
The problem with Anda Seat is the chairs are so popular they are often solid out, how about trying one of their main competitors GTRACING? You can read more info about the company in my article.
Is The Anda Seat Assassin King Easy To Assemble?
Are you terrible at DIY? Don’t worry Anda Seat is designed to be as simple as possible for you to assemble, all chairs come with wrenches inside of the box and all you need to do is unscrew each screw with the key that is send, instructions are very clear and it only takes about 20-30 minutes to install.
Appsolutely Geek’D had no trouble assembling the Anda Seat Kaiser and did it in under 20 minutes whilst filming b-roll for his review! All Anda seats are built the same so it should take 20 minutes for you too.
If your ever constructed a racing chair before it is effortless to install, you can do it yourself but it’s recommended to have another person to help you, see the above video to get an idea of how easy the chair is to assemble.
Will The Anda Seat Assassin King Last?
Unlike that IKEA chair, you had that broke within 6 months, Anda Seat chairs are designed to last as they are assembled in a steel frame with a lifetime guarantee with high-quality PVC leather and the King has an aluminum 5-point base.
What is a chair that has a broken base? A piece of junk that’s what it is, as Anda Seat made BMW chairs they are a company that recognizes the quality and comfort that is required in a chair. I would like more of a warranty than 2 years on all parts but I’d argue the parts will last longer than that.
An example is the 65mm PU covered wheels from the base of the chair that increase the chairs longevity and allows you to fly through many floor surfaces including carpets with ease! Anda Seat’s attention to detail separates it from other gaming chair manufacturers.
The Anda Seat Assassin King Is A Great Gaming Chair
There’s a reason why the Assassin King is always out of stock!
If you looking for the best gaming chair you can buy for a little over $300 Anda Seat Assassin King chair is exactly what you’re looking for. It has the same high-quality aluminum base as the Kaiser whilst being more than $100 cheaper! What’s not to like?
